Lord Vishnu is one of the most powerful gods of the Hindu religion and has an equal hand in creating the universe. He is part of the Holy Trinity of Hinduism along with Lord Shiva and Lord Brahma. He wears a dark complexion like the clouds and appears in auspicious looks. He is the attractor of Goddess Lakshmi. The lotus-eyed Lord is constantly meditated upon by the sages and saints. He has the appearance of a blue sky, the sunlight of the Sun, and is the most powerful of those in power. He may even cast a shadow on the dazzling sun. We prostrate ourselves before Saturn, the god of command.'
